An advisory firm led by Martin Viecha, former vice president of investor relations at Tesla.
We fully designed architecture and system design for the web app solution, including a custom admin panel with companies management, user management, content management and more. Covering also full-stack development and time estimation, we secured the project delivery on time with client being extremely satisfied.

We took the role of tech lead and architect of the whole e-commerce + platform solution. Covering all the features and integrations while also mentoring junior team members, we secured the full-stack project delivery.

We became part of an established engineering team to significantly help with setting up subscription based system and all the features related to it. Afterwards, we led implementation of other large features such as video upload and streaming. Furthermore, we provided long-term engineering support and onboarding of new engineers.
